  • Our Barre and Core class will help to improve balance and posture as well as strengthening the muscles. The class involves standing exercises using the ballet bars we have in the studio allowing you to focus on your control through the movements.

PILATES

Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise for building core strength. It is essentially a mind-body centering technique that emphasises beginning movements from your central core.

HIT

'High Intensity Training'. Combining Advanced Pilates exercises with High Heart Rate exercises. This class is aimed at high level fitness needs.

BARRE BAR PILATES

A body conditioning system to improve muscle tone, posture, balance and flexibility. Where possible, we hold classes in our purpose-built studio.

We don't just treat injuries we also like to prevent them, therefore we run classes specifically designed to improve strength, fitness and posture. Classes run throughout the day, every week.
